When a Timewize account is created for a Resource, access credentials will be sent to the email address provided in the field indicated below when the Resource was set up.
Tip: Can’t see the email? Check your email account’s spam folder.
The automated email will contain:
- A URL link to your organisation’s Timewize environment
- A system-generated password.
Your username is the email address to which the password was sent.
Contact support@timewize.au if you have any issues using the access credentials to log in.
