Navigate to your Profile using the drop down in the top right nav bar.
Update the information in your Profile by clicking through the tabs and completing the fields. Compulsory fields will be designated with a red asterisk (*).
Some information will have been completed already by your organisation when creating your Timewize account.
Fields that are greyed out are protected and only editable from the Employees list by users with the relevant permissions.
Personal Details #
Update your address and save by clicking “Edit Address”
All other fields are protected. Contact your Timewize administrator if you would like to update any information relating to your Contract.
Contract #
In the Contracts tab you can see the key details and attachments relating to your current and previous contracts.
In this tab, all fields are protected. Contact your Timewize administrator if you would like to update any information relating to your Contract.
Other Details #
In this tab, you can add information about your Superannuation Fund, Next of Kin details, and your Bank details.
When inputting information about your Superannuation fund, the fields requiring completion will vary depending on the Account Type selected.
In this tab, save the relevant forms and declarations in the designated attachment areas, such as the one indicated in the screenshot below.
The information provided will be used to process the pay run – especially when logging in the for the first time, please make sure this information is correct.
Security Clerance #
All fields are protected. Contact your Timewize administrator if you would like to update any information relating to your Contract.
Password #
Follow the instructions provided in the tab to reset your password.
Skills #

Attachments #
Upload any other forms relevant to your employment, such as the results of a police check.
Ensure the information provided reflects the fields in the Other Details tab.
